A typical birthday party with us is like this:

When your Entertainer arrives, he/she does some silly stuff with the children to get them engaged, laughing, and ready to have fun! If requested, face painting will be done: we paint faces with beautiful cheek designs, full-face designs, or just simple silly things. While we do face painting or balloon sculpture, the other children can color fun pages that we provide while waiting for their turn! Then the real fun begins! We have lots of music, fun parachute games, limbo, silly magic and much more. These activities will vary based on the age range of the group your Entertainer is working with. At the end, a balloon animal is made for each child... there are many to choose from.

How Do I go about booking an Event or Party?

It's simple. You can email us at or just simply call at 203-647-0322. We will then check the schedule for availability. We usually get back to you with an answer within the hour. Upon having availability for your Event date we then send you over a contract via email for you to review, print out, sign and then mail to us with a deposit to hold your date and time.

How much is a deposit to hold my Event date and time?

The deposit for a private party is 50%. For a corporate function the total amount must be paid prior to the event.

What about tipping the Character's?

Gratuity is GREATLY appreciated by our Entertainers. We do not require you to pay a mandatory percent for gratuity. We openly leave this up to you to decide how much you would like to tip us; and please do so after we have completed the event so you can make that decision based on our performance.

What if I would like more than 1 Character or Entertainer?

Each additional Character/Entertainer requires an additional payment which depends on what you would like to have performed. You are welcome to add as many Characters as are available for your event date and time.

How soon should I book my event?

Although we do usually have some availability 1 week prior to your event, specific Characters and times may not be available if you wait until then to book with us. We HIGHLY recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event. During our busy seasons of Spring (March-May) Summer (Jun August) and Fall (September-November) we book up super quickly, even months in advance for some weekends; especially Saturdays.

The sooner the better to ensure the best availability of Character and date choices.

Why is Billy the Clown now an "Exclusive Character" and what does that mean?

Though the business started with just Silly Billy the Clown the popularity of the business and Character choices have grown. Billy is unable to do all the shows all the time, but he is currently able to take 2 bookings per day, available as all Characters and of course as Billy. Booking Billy for your party is determined upon availability and is first come first serve, so booking early is best and highly recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

We consider your event to be of the utmost importance. Once you book with us, your date and time are considered a priority and are considered definite. We will turn down other events for that time and will schedule other parties around your event. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due the day of the event.

RAIN: If your event is planned for outside, please be sure to have alternate plans for inclimate weather (an indoor or covered area.) Because other events are scheduled around parties previously booked, we will provide entertainment for your event RAIN or SHINE. If a rain date is necessary, additional charges may be added to reserve another date at the time of booking. If your event is cancelled three weeks prior to your scheduled date, the deposit will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than three weeks before the event. If you rebook for a future date at the time of cancellation, there are no additional fees or loss of deposit, as long as the rescheduled date is made three weeks prior to your initially scheduled event.
